Trojan Dugout Club Minutes For August 9, 2011
Coach Williams welcomed everyone.
Treasurer's Report given by Jodi Phillips. The Grill that was raffled off and donated
back to us was sold for $xxx.00. Money has been set aside for the Dugout Club's
half of 9 lettermans jackets. Petty cash balance is kept around the same $xxx.00
Balance in the account is $xxx.06 after paying ALL BILLS OFF.
2011-2012 Budget Goal (Funds Need to Raise) $10,000.00
> L-Screen $550.00 (For Field)
> Hitting Mats (2) $350.00 each
> Player's Packages $200.00 each est. x 26 players= $5,200.00
> Misc. Cost= Bats, end of year banquet ???
Upcoming Fundraisng Events
Carnival Aug. 30th-Sept. 4th Run a booth for $100.00 talked about
doing the pitch speed like we did at the bonfire. (We Will Need Some
Help From Players and Parents To Put This Together)
September= Back to school middle school dance Sept. 2nd 6p.m. to 8:30p.m.
November= Boston Butt Sale / Cook
Get Boston Butts on the 17th, Start cooking on 18th
December= Tree Sale?? (Mr. Ron)
January= Field ad signs/Letter Campaign/Winter Dance
February= Meet The Trojan Banquet/Silent Auction
