Our bank balance is $x,xxx.xx with the petty cash staying around $xxx.xx.   Bills due are for Kesslers Sporting Goods in the amount of $xxx.xx, Sr. pictures in the amount of $xxx.xx, R&S Sports in the amount of $x,xxx.xx. A motion was made to pay the smaller bills in full, and to pay a portion of the amount due to R&S Sports. The motion was voted on, and approved.  The Dugout Club will be putting in an order for the End Of The Season Banquet Awards / Plaques.

There will be a team meeting, on May 12th with the players, to go over the Coke Sale and Chicken-Que Fundraisers.  Tickets for both fundraisers will be given out to the players at this time.  The Coke Sale Fundraiser will run from May 12th thru May 21st.  This will help each player raise funds for summer camp.  The Chicken-Que Fundraiser will run from May 12th thru June 4th.  June 12th will be pick up date for the chicken.

The 'End Of Year Banquet' will be a cook out and swimming event at the City Pool.  Two dates will be checked on, May 21st @ 5:00 pm-or- May 22nd. Coach Williams will announce the date and time to the players when this info becomes available. Carrie and Kristy English will counsel with Coach Walker to get a slide show/dvd put together on a look back at the 2010 season for viewing at the banquet.
